At MetWow.com, all payments are final. By purchasing subscriptions, tips, gifts, or any premium content, you agree that:

• We do not offer refunds for any reason including (but not limited to) dissatisfaction with content, canceled subscriptions, or accidental purchases.

• Wallet deposits, subscription payments, video call charges, or tips are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

2. Digital Nature of Services

Our platform delivers non-tangible, digital goods and services, such as:

• Access to creators' content

• Live streams

• Paid messages or video calls

• Wallet-based features

Once a digital service has been provided, it cannot be returned, hence the strict no-refund policy.

 

3. Unauthorized Use or Fraud

If you suspect fraudulent use of your account or unauthorized transactions:

• We may investigate and, if applicable, take appropriate action

• However, refunds will not be issued

 

4. Payment Disputes

Disputing a payment (e.g. chargeback) may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent ban of your account

• Forfeiture of remaining wallet balance

• Legal or collection action if fraud is determined

 

5. Canceling Subscriptions

• You may cancel subscriptions at any time

• Cancellation prevents future billing — but does not refund the current billing period

 

6. Exceptions (If Any)

MetWow.com does not provide exceptions to this policy. This includes:

• Technical issues on your device

• Unused content

• Creator inactivity

• Change of mind
